This week I was excited to break ground on 24, a transformative project in Chatsworth. Located on site of the former LA Times printing facility, the mixed-use project will create a thoughtfully-designed campus environment in which to work, live and play.
The project includes: reuse of the printing facility building for the new corporate and creative headquarters of toy company MGA Entertainment, housing, and numerous on-site amenities, including a transit plaza linking the site to major area transit hubs, neighborhood serving retail and restaurants, and beautifully designed open spaces including an amphitheater and a walking path.
I am proud that this campus has chosen to call CD12 home. Click here to read the LA Times Business Section's story.
